Job Overview:

As a Partner Sales Manager for the Top 2000 Global accounts, you will be responsible for creating and executing the Partner strategy to accelerate key customer outcomes and priorities. This customer-facing sales position focuses on working with Global System Integrators (GSIs), national/regional System Integrators (SIs), and ISVs to drive AWS service adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Own partner pipeline growth and progression as a customer-facing sales professional.

Drive revenue and market share in assigned territories and/or industry vertical.

Accelerate customer adoption and drive realized revenue.

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and accelerate sales stages for opportunities.

Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans.

Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of business.

Develop and execute consulting partner strategy.

Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption, focusing on GenAI and Migrations.

Maintain deep understanding of the partner landscape.

Ensure strong communication between partners, AWS, and customers on joint initiatives.

Collaborate with ProServ and partners to drive innovation and customer outcomes.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Expect moderate travel.

Minimum Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technology-related sales, consulting partner management, or business development.

5+ years of experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., account management, marketing, solution architects, program managers, and product teams).

Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.

Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT leaders, and other lines of business.

10+ years of technology-related sales management and field operations experience with a software or cloud solutions vendor, leading teams selling to Fortune 2000 accounts.

7+ years of experience managing sales organizations with revenues of at least $200M+.

Experience working with global/enterprise accounts.

Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

Proven track record of accelerating sales cycles and driving realized revenue.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,500/year up to $212,500/year.
