Sales Development Representatives will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.Responsibilities:Supporting North American-based Strategic and Global AccountsIdentify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Strategic and Global AccountsProspect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LISN, ZoomInfo, 6sense, ci360 and other toolsDevelop an understanding of the customer’s usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant informationCreate comprehensive account profiles to support expansion effortsExecute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiencesUse

to track activitiesWork to meet defined KPIsQualificationsMinimum RequirementsCollege diploma/university degree required. Equivalent Military experience will be consideredAt least 1 year experience in Software Sales Development, Sales, Market Development or similar fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience working with senior IT Management E.g. CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud ArchitectsUnderstanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions a plusExperience using a CRM preferred, specifically Salesforce.comHigh level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship buildingStrong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experienceStrong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both individually and in a team environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environmentAdditional InformationCandidates must be able to come into our Waltham office 3 days a week.The OTE salary range for this role is $95,000- $100,000.
