Account Management:Sells in MH brands/products, selecting relevant activations/programs/tactics for each accountFinds opportunities for tailored programs, deeper brand education, and upsell, bringing in appropriate MH resources to sell in new marques and/or pull through existing product placementsVisits accounts to maintain relationships, monitors performance, and gathers updatesBuilds a key account plan through longer-term account partnerships & ongoing programmingActs as a consultant to on portfolio opportunities and growth via advice, education, programming, creative ideas, and analysis to accountsLeads trade advocacy initiatives and maintains relationships with key accountsMaintains on-call communication to ensure expectations are met in customer relationshipsWorks hand in hand with distributor sales reps for pricing and fulfillment supportEnsures account needs for programs and activations are met and implemented within MH brand guidelinesInforms the channel lead or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intelParticipation in Market/Maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor educationRelationship Management:Collaborates with Channel Lead to translate channel strategy to accounts in-marketPartners with Field Trade Marketing & Experiential Development to implement programs/experiences in accountsPartners with Distributor to manage order executionAdditional Information | Qualifications, Experience & Skills RequiredProfileEducation:Professional ExperienceBachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits.Practical/Technical KnowledgeBuilds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsStrong sales backgroundSelf-starter and competitive attitudeExtensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geographyAbility to apply knowledge of key business issues to effective sales pitches & strategy-settingWell-developed experience analyzing return on investment and budget managementHighly effective influencing and partnering skills, strong knowledge of sales techniquesRefined communication & presentation skillsExcellent analytical ability; effectively interprets & applies syndicated data insightsAble to work with all levels of the organizationFlexible approach/ability to manage change in directionOverall velocity, distribution growthNumber of 1:1 account engagement (visits + entertainment)Execution of agreed-to account program calendar / consumer experiencesCustomer satisfactionMaximizing return on investment of the assigned budgetExternal applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Moët Hennessy USA, Inc. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
