Reports to: Operator, Executive Director

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the front of house team, including team members, shift leaders and managers.

Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by setting service standards, coaching staff, and monitoring performance to create a positive and memorable dining experience consistent with Chick-fil-A's values.

Operations Management: Oversee daily front of house operations, including managing order taking, order accuracy, seating arrangements, and dining area cleanliness to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators such as labor and productivity.

Drive-Thru Management: Supervise and optimize drive-thru operations, including order accuracy, speed of service, guest satisfaction, cash management and traffic control.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, management team, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery.

Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction in alignment with Chick-fil-A's guest-centric approach.

Training and Development: Work with training manager to develop and implement training programs for front of house staff, focusing on Chick-fil-A's service standards, product knowledge, upselling techniques, cash management and drive-thru operations.

Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing cash registers, mobile cash, ensuring accuracy in cash transactions, and maintaining proper documentation.

Sales and Revenue Management: Implement strategies to maximize sales, upselling opportunities, and revenue generation while monitoring and controlling costs in accordance with Chick-fil-A's financial goals.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health and safety standards in the dining area, ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A's operational policies.

Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competition, implementing new ideas and practices to enhance the overall guest experience and align with Chick-fil-A's brand.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in any position to serve the needs of the business while achieving results through leading others.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen management or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of back of the house operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.

Proficiency in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with restaurant management systems.
