Clinical Quality Specialist - Risk Management- Downers GrovePosition Highlights:Part-Time, 20 hours per week.Days vary bewteen Monday-Friday; Hours vary between 8:00am-7:00pm.Location: Downers Grove - Corporate Office; Will require travel to sites/hospitals. apply knowledge of data acquisition/analysis, process improvement, and compliance to support Duly’s mission to provide high quality care to its patients.

Responsibilities

What you will do:The Clinical Quality Specialist under the supervison of the Quality Manager will:Facilitate activities related to clinical data management, analysis, and reporting.Advise and guide clinical departments to ensure consistent and meaningful reportingActs as liaison between physicians/departments/teamsPerform workflow evaluations as neededParticipate in process improvement projects using methods such as Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC and A3Support the provision of mandatory reporting requirements to external agenciesConduct chart review and abstraction for internal quality reportingAssist with the development and maintenance of reports that benchmark our clinical care against industry standardsParticipates in Quality Committee meetingsandcompletes assignments as neededPerforms activities as delegated by the VP of Quality and Risk or Quality Manager

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required.Experience:4-5 years of relevant data management experience requiredClinical license and experience preferred.Prior experience with root cause analysis and process improvement in a healthcare settingSkills:Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;works well in a continuous learning environmentStrong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills required.
