The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for strategically driving sales and meeting goals to help achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. You will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned territories, and establish and maintain relationships with staff across departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Achieve Sales GoalsGenerate outbound calls and emails to increase sales visits and update sales goals in your pipeline report during time in the office.Make telephone and field calls to existing valued customers and prospective customers.Prospect and forecast on a monthly basis.Upsell and cross-sell our existing customers with new products and services.Actively maintain and update your CRM to include customer visits, contact information, pipeline management, and forecasting.Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Initiate the selling activities within the territory, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Associate's Degree in business, marketing, and sales or related field of study (preferred)Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organizationAble to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHighly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookExcellent organization, time management, and presentation skillsHighly energetic and self-starterDecision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skillsAble to multi-task activities with shifting prioritiesShould be honest, assertive, and systematicStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
