The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with experience in SaaS or technology sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating impactful customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.Sales Growth : Identify new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling solutions such as messaging, and data analytics tools, etc.Client Success : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align services to help them optimize the customer experience within their spaces.Sales Pipeline : Maintain an active sales pipeline by managing all customer interactions and tracking opportunities using CRM tools.Product Demonstration : Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of the company's solutions and how they align with client needs.Contract Negotiation : Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and agreements to maximize client value and company profitability.Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, and share relevant insights with the team to refine product offerings and strategies.Qualifications:Experience : 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or customer experience solutions.Base Salary : $85k - $95k
