Job Title: Sales Account ManagerLocation : Dallas, TXDepartment : SalesJob Overview:An audio management SaaS company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join their team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through their intelligent audio and data-driven solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and helping businesses in retail, hospitality, and other industries transform their environments using their platform. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with experience in SaaS or technology sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating impactful customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.Sales Growth : Identify new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling solutions such as messaging, and data analytics tools, etc.Client Success : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align services to help them optimize the customer experience within their spaces.Sales Pipeline : Maintain an active sales pipeline by managing all customer interactions and tracking opportunities using CRM tools.Product Demonstration : Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of the company's solutions and how they align with client needs.Contract Negotiation : Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and agreements to maximize client value and company profitability.Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, and share relevant insights with the team to refine product offerings and strategies.Qualifications:Experience : 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or customer experience solutions.Base Salary : $85k - $95k
