Key Accounts Manager

at Enteractive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a small number of large scale, high profile clients. This high-impact role focuses on driving client success and business growth by optimizing strategies for maximum ROI and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The position requires a strategic thinker adept at handling complex technical and financial situations, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high performance and satisfaction. Additionally, the manager represents Enteractive at industry events, staying at the forefront of innovation in the iGaming sector.What you’ll be doing:On-board new clients;Drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers;Optimize lead mix received from client to ensure strong ROI;Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers;Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers;Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding for the customer’s business drivers and requirements;Continually monitor user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the business development department;Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for clients as well as presenting them to the clients as needed;Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators;Monitor internal performance matrix to ensure each customers’ performance is maintained at a high level;Regularly report KPIs and the status of accounts to the Manager;Collaborate with other account managers in the team to ensure consistency across accounts and optimized reporting;Any other duties within and out of the regular place of work as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time, subject to these reasonably corresponding with your job title.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle complex technical and financial situations.What we offer:Competitive salary aligned with industry standards and your experience.Employee provided health, dental, and vision insurances.Office equipment allowance.Paid time off.Autonomy and ownership to drive your accounts to success.Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.Opportunities for international travel to expand your global network.The opportunity to join a well-established company in a scale-up phase!Working at Enteractive means being part of a team with more than 33 nationalities in 3 locations: Malta, Romania and the US.
