Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget.Qualifications:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.Experience with the local real estate market and general trends.Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.An established track record of successful real estate sales.Real estate license required.Ability to learn and coachable.Commission opportunity.Sales experience.Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
