Our semantic deep-learning solutions understand the complexity and variability of content within Life Sciences yet are still simple to use. You’ll be directly shaping the cutting edge of informatics and drug discovery (with some of the world’s major Pharma and life science companies). The working environment is relaxed and welcoming. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of key projects and explore ideas and technologies.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a thorough understanding of SciBite’s offerings, competitors' advantages, and processes.Learning to articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers. This includes developing deep and mutually valuable relationships with new and existing customers.Managing your pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility. Providing carefully executed follow-up to closure.Working in close partnership with internal teams (Technical Sales, Project Management, Professional Services, Technical Engineers).Working equally close to manage successful customer deployments and to ensure ongoing high customer satisfaction. Including renewals and deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business.Keeping current with industry trends; engage your customers, address their business challenges, and propose solutions.Demonstrating development of meaningful partnerships with a diverse customer base. Keeping a proven track record as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences companies.Logging all sales activity and prospecting in a CRM with speed and accuracy.RequirementsHave experience in selling technology in the life sciences industry, or closely related field. Enterprise Software and solution selling skills will help you excel.Have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals while contributing to the success of a team.Understand the Life Sciences (primarily Pharma and Biotech) ecosystem.Have a cumulative period of overall business experience in sales, business development, or account management. (Life Sciences technology businesses or healthcare).Have experience and skillset to use and interpret data coupled with consultative methodology.Possess eagerness to work in a dynamic team environment.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
