The

Sales Manager of Customer Growth

is the leader of a sales team comprised of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers responsible for engaging existing customers and helping them get value from their purchase as well as growing the customer account across a named account list. The Regional Sales Manager of Account Management helps ensure that Senior Account Managers/Account Managers are supporting their customers and helping them set up product processes, workflows, and maintaining customer relationship needs.Here’s what this position is all about:Drive successful sales by developing, managing, and executing the Service Express sales cycle for current customers.Actively manage customer retention rates and ensure consistency of excellent service by monitoring feedback and efforts to expand contracts, uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offerings.Actively drive team performance for expanding current customers and quotas set by management relative to accounts and market capacity; communicate determined portfolio and quotas to Senior Account Managers/Account Managers and consistently monitor performance.Achieve or exceed growth-oriented revenue targets by seeking and maximizing opportunities.Manage a professional sales team of Senior Account Managers/Account Managers including developing, motivating, and coaching to achieve assigned sales goals.Work with Senior Account Managers/Account Managers to provide focus and direction on accounts to maximize sales attainment, ensure maximum customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.Partner with all internal sales resources such as Sales Development Representatives, Market Response Representatives, and all Service functions to maximize sales efforts and revenues.Engage in sound business practices daily by proactively measuring all decisions against the company’s four core objectives: excellent customer service, employee engagement, margin retention & growth, and revenue growth.Be responsible for understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market; advise Leadership Team on sales directions, competitors, and market trends.What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:Background in leading revenue-generating teams through significant growthExperience motivating teams at a high-growth companyProven track record coaching and implementing innovative sales strategies with expertise in account managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAdaptable leader who can drive results and create a people-powered cultureServant leadership with a focus on helping others achieve their personal, professional, and financial goalsExperience with Salesforce preferred and background working with a strong sales tech stackWe offer you:OTE $225k+Workplace flexibility that empowers our employeesPersonal growth and advancement opportunitiesPaid volunteer hours and birthday offSeveral health insurance offerings that start on day oneCompany 401k matchService Express is an equal opportunity employer.
