EDI Business Analyst - F/M

As an EDI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the design and delivery process of B2B and A2A integrations between ERP systems and customer-facing Order Management platforms as well as internal applications.

You will collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to identify integration requirements and develop solutions that ensure seamless data flow and consistent data quality across multiple systems.

Your role and responsibilities:Managing portfolio of Change Requests and projects in Azure DevOps environmentCoordination of delivery for EDI projectsDesign and implement mapping for EDI flows between enterprise ERP systems and external/internal trading partnersAnalyze and troubleshoot EDI issues to ensure data consistency and reliability, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met.Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to identify EDI requirements and develop solutionsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that EDI solutions meet their needs and expectationsEnsure that EDI solutions adhere to established security and data privacy policiesRepresent EDI team by participating in large and cross-functional enterprise projects.End-to-end EDI testing (with trading partners and developers)

Required qualifications:

Higher educationMinimum 5 years experience in design, development, and delivery of B2B EDI in SAP PI/PO and any other EDI platforms like GXS, TradeXpress.Expertise in Azure DevOps platformHands-on expertise in creating scripts and mapping for transactions conforming to EDIFACT and X12 standardsHands-on experience with integration tools and technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, WSStrong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and WMExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluent spoken and written EnglishAdditional language skills in German will be a plus
