Role Overview :

The Senior Program Manager is a versatile role requiring close collaboration across various engineering teams, including systems, electrical, mechanical, and software design, as well as with manufacturing, repair, design, and quality functions. The role supports multiple concurrent projects, necessitating excellent customer interfacing and presentation skills. A background in electronic systems is advantageous.Key Responsibilities :

Planning : Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate necessary resources. Identify potential risks and devise contingency measures to mitigate or eliminate schedule delays or non-compliance with technical specifications.Project Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure all technical and delivery expectations are met on assigned projects.Customer Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project issues, schedules, and budget matters. Coordinate all communications with internal leadership, including engineering and sales teams, to maintain client confidence.Production Oversight : Track and manage production deliverables assigned to engineering to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with engineering staff to facilitate the release of products for manufacturing.Budget Management : Manage the opening, execution, and closing of engineering budgets, ensuring costs are tracked accurately for each project in alignment with accounting systems.Continuous Improvement : Proactively research, develop, and propose new methods, procedures, or tools to enhance the quality, timeliness, or cost-effectiveness of products or services delivered to customers.Requirements :

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

(required) ; Master's degree or advanced technical/business degree (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical or management experience.PMP certification (preferred).Proven leadership, management, and organizational capabilities.Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex technical or business information to different audiences, both technical and non-technical.Willingness to travel up to 10% to support customer meetings, design reviews, and collaboration with additional business units.Background in power electronics, including power supplies, magnetics, and control theory, is preferred.
