The global marketing team empowers local markets around the world in 20+ offices to translate their acquisition goals into successful marketing plans.As a Demand Generation Manager, you offer guidance to local and global marketing teams for all marketing channels.Your main goal is to collaborate with various marketing and commercial stakeholders and to support revenue driving demand generation campaigns that local marketing teams execute on.What you’ll do:Identify and build quality lead and revenue demand generation campaigns together with product marketing, in-house design studio and local marketing & sales teams.Champion a collaborative GTM engine, aligning marketing with SDR, sales and partnerships.Develop a deep understanding of our customers and translate those insights for content creation, campaigns, and messaging.Drive adoption of multi-channel campaigns and share learnings globally.Leverage analytics tools to gauge effectiveness of campaigns and promotions across all channels, providing implications and recommendations to optimize media campaigns and deliver on goals.Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.Who you are:3-5 years of experience in marketing / demand generation with B2B enterprise experience.Proficient in marketing channels such as events, online advertising and organic.Proficient in marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and CRM software (preferably SFDC).Excellent stakeholder manager with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments:Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
