Centra is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager ("AM") with a proven track record in the healthcare staffing industry.Ideal Candidate:

Manage Accounts:
Reach out on various frequency to follow up intervals to assigned clients.Customer Service:
Ensure that the client is always satisfied with Centra's services, so much so that they offer repeat business.Requirements:
Experience:
1 - 2 years of recent Account Management experience in the healthcare staffing industry.Capability:
Proven track record of solving customer challenges.Technical Skills:
Accustomed to documenting activity in a CRM / ATS. Ideally experienced working within a Salesforce platform.Education:
Minimum of an Associates degree.Travel:
All business is conducted via Zoom, emailing, texting, and traditional phone calling. Traveling to client sites is discretionary based upon the needs and size of the client.Compensation:

Hybrid or Remote. Centra has an office in Fort Lauderdale, FL and work from home workweek schedule. 1x per week in office (Wednesday's are mandatory). In-office is only applicable for employees that reside within 60 miles of the office.Centra is a nicotine-free work environment - we conduct drug screening prior to employment (depending on the state that you reside), which includes a nicotine test.
