Job Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects and monitor operational effectiveness throughout.Serve as subject matter expert for survey-related activities such as construction staking, topographic surveying, platting, legal description writing, boundary analysis, and legal principles.Work with the Project Manager to define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.Collaborate with Project Manager to evaluate project budget and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.Required Experience
Professional Survey License – Licensed in the state of the office. Additional states preferred.Four-year degree preferred and 10-plus years of experience in a consulting business.Must have multi-discipline experience and a strong understanding of commercial, residential, and public infrastructure markets and projects.Effective verbal communication is necessary, and independent judgment is essential.Proven leadership and supervisory skills.Please send your resume to Chris Coneys at cc@libertyjobs.com and we'll send you full details on the company and position.
