To support the Corporate CRA Administrator in ensuring the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program meets, with both the letter and the spirit of, federal and state laws and regulations which govern the Bank’s activities and help to ensure the bank maintains high level examination ratings.Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze various lending, investment and service reports and provide Executive Summary for management and the CRA/FRB Committee.Import monthly small business LAR into CRA Wiz & oversee validation.Provide support by assisting the CRA Corporate Administrator in meeting with the Regional Presidents periodically to go over Regional Narratives (CRA Performance data).Oversee the review of Community Development loans.Oversee the review of Change in Terms for reporting on the small business LAR.Kadince Software Administrator.Prepare annual CRA filing to the government by March 1st.Perform annual review of bank’s assessment areas to ensure reasonableness of the delineation.Assist in CRA examination preparation and onsite assistance.Train and provide support to CRA Data team members.Perform reviews of policies and procedures to ensure CRA Laws and Regulations are addressed.Maintain a sound understanding of all applicable CRA, HMDA, and Fair Lending laws and regulations.Support the Corporate CRA Administrator in the implementation of any new or changed CRA regulations/Q&A’s.Other duties as assigned.Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:Five - eight years small business/commercial underwriting or equivalent knowledge/ability to review commercial loan summaries and analyze financial statements.Requires excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, computer proficiency and an eye for detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office software.Strong research and analytical skills to prepare trend analyses.Ability to meet regulatory and team department deadlines.Ability to adapt to an ever-changing regulatory environment.Knowledge of federal and state lending banking regulations.Desired Skills & Competencies:College Degree or Compliance Related CertificationPhysical Requirements:Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
