Help us reach new heights and receive the respect, rewards and recognition you deserve.As a Business Development Manager, your essential job functions include:Conquesting (55%)Conquest new business through focused selling activitiesManage the full sales cycle with the customerEngage front line managers to secure business or add additional servicesLead the identification of new customer prospects and sales process to land new business (focusing on the Division’s mid-sized growth opportunities)Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives, WTD/FLF+, etc.Contribute to and drive the Division’s sales strategy, plan and critical prioritiesDeliver professional sales presentationsLead the coordination of cross-functional teams throughout the sales processLeverage industry intelligence/information to grow Dent Wizard’s footprint in all channels of businessRepresent Dent Wizard at professional trade association meetings, client seminars, conventions, etc.Account Management (25%)Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers (QBR)Develop and manage strong relationships with mid-sized customers within the Division in partnership with OperationsCollaborate with Dealer Tire sales partnersLead and execute price increasesDrive existing customer growth and retentionProactively identify opportunities and provide solutions that address customer needsIdentify competitive opportunities, threats, trends and issues; elevate awareness and proactively implement value-added solutionsOperations Coordination/Integration (10%)Partner with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers to ensure customers have five-star experience based on a Team Sell approachProvide counsel and support in resolving existing customer issuesMaintain a positive and productive working environment consistent with Dent Wizard’s core valuesParticipate in operations huddles and management routines to ensure strong alignment, integration and collaboration across teamsFuel M&A pipeline for future growth opportunitiesSales Administration (10%)Participate in the Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) process providing regular updatesEnter and update sales related data in a timely mannerActively lead and participate in a cadence of sales callsCompetencies RequiredResults OrientationValue-based Selling SkillsStrong Presentation SkillsCustomer FocusCritical ThinkingInfluenceIndustry/Product KnowledgePortfolio ManagementTrusted AdvisorPosition Requirements5+ years proven sales experience in a similar type of sales environmentAuto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.Physical Job RequirementsContinuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.Travel as necessary (up to 40%).Drug PolicyAll applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on highly incentivized commission structure.The starting compensation is expected to be:

$82,000 - $90,000
