Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist II

Ft. Meade, MD .Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The Quality Assurance Specialist II leads implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training team members.Participate in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.Basic qualifications:5 years of position-specific relevant experience.Preferred qualifications:Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Security clearance requirement:Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.Physical requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
