The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management software application functions, data sources, user access and permissions, testing, integrations, reporting and analytics. The support includes, but is not limited to, working with Supply Chain leadership to identify requirements and develop effective solutions to meet these requirements following standard implementation testing and deployment guidelines.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management software applications:Configure systemsConfigure business processesConfigure user security and permissionsDevelop reports (reports, exports, dashboards, KPIs, etc.)Research system-related issuesImplement system enhancements and fixesCollaborate with customers on new system enhancements and fixes; project prioritization and scheduleDevelop comprehensive project plans with well-defined activities, milestones and timelines to be shared with departmental leadership, partner departments and project team members.Implement agreed upon enhancements and solutions following standard project implementation guidelines, testing and deployment standards.Provide regular status updates on open issues, requests and projects.Coordinate and participate in the execution of user acceptance testing for fixes, enhancements and upgrades.Actively seek out system and process improvements to increase performance and productivity and reduce expenses.Lead and/or participate in project teams to implement new software solutions or processes.Train users on new data, software, tasks, processes, reporting and analysis.Learn and apply business, technical and software knowledge while sharing with department users.Maintain effective and service-oriented relationships with departmental and organizational level caregivers.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.3-4 years proven experience in Warehouse Management operations.3-4 years support of Warehouse Management software applications, databases and reporting required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of the full spectrum of Supply Chain (from procurement through inventory management) operations and best practices.Knowledge of data, data flows, data transfers, query and other tools used to generate effective data analysis from multiple complex systems.Ability to thoroughly analyze complex problems and present available options for resolving in a manner that technical and non-technical staff can understand.Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.Effective oral and written communication skills.Effective presentation skills desired.Ability to partner with SCM team members in implementing overall strategy initiatives and post implementation support.ChristianaCare Offers:
