We design, develop, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, facilities, and amenities that create thriving communities, while making the most of client resources.Position Overview:The primary function of this role will be to supervise the monitoring and inspection of highway/structure construction projects for the PennDOT and may include construction inspection for concrete or asphalt roadways, structures, drainage systems, guide rail, MPT, and E&S components.Primary Responsibilities:Follow Specification 408, RC, BC, TC, contract special provisions, and other standards.Review project plans.Review contractor schedules.Complete Project Site Activity reports (PSA's) and other needed project documentation at the end of each day utilizing an iPad.Prepare work orders and estimates as per the Publication 2 - Project Office Manual.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, and experience with highway/structure construction inspection (TCI) with certifications to include:
