to support our

Manufacturing Operations Project Management (OPM) homeroom

located in

Baltimore, MD.Responsibilities Include:Manage the production execution for Business Unit programsManage Manufacturing cost and schedule performanceServe as Manufacturing lead for all proposals in the Business UnitCreate and lead teams to resolve issues adversely impacting the Manufacturing execution of the programsUnderstand and report on Manufacturing Operations status at the required level of detail to the Program Manager, Sector Executive Management, and customersEnsure Manufacturing has the needed resources to execute the programsServe as Functional Manager and direct the work of the reporting Operations Project ManagersPerform manpower planning and execute hiring to support the Business DivisionMentor, develop, and assess direct reportsProvide strategic leadership to ensure all Program and Manufacturing objectives are achievedProvide Manufacturing expertise to support the strategic vision of the Business DivisionBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience5+ years of experience leading people and/or projects with 2+ years of direct people leadership experienceExperience working in Manufacturing, Engineering, Test, Production, or similar rolesWorking knowledge of SAP and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systemsControl Account Management experience, with earned value experienceExcellent presentation and communication skillsCandidate must currently have, and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government DOD Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and Master's DegreeDemonstrated expertise in MRP and IMS Scheduling, SAP production planning, and material management toolsExperience leading Manufacturing proposal efforts that include labor quoting, schedule and capacity analysis, and investment planningSalary Range:
