Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policiesPay close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of claims to ensure the service department and Collision Center receive proper reimbursementMust be able to process Extended WarrantiesFollow-up and collect Service and Parts Accounts ReceivablesAssist in everyday service department operationsJob Benefits

Warranty Admin - Requirements:
Previous Experience as a Warranty Administrator (General Motors experience preferred)Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in personExcellent organizational / sequencing skillsWorking knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures
