This position is focused on executing high priority growth marketing projects and tests. This person will leverage the wealth of data the business generates to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences, and build a world-class customer experience across multiple touchpoints. We are looking for candidates who are excited about developing and executing on strategic marketing initiatives as well as improving upon existing processes and operations.This is a hybrid role and you must be based in Boston, MA to be considered.What You'll DoDevelop, own and implement test initiatives to improve conversion rate and profitability of marketing campaignsHelp drive the execution of growth projects; dive deep into the data to help debug when necessaryPerform market analysis and competitive intelligence research to inform new ideas or existing program improvementsCollect, analyze and report on key metrics from marketing initiativesLiaison between Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Product to ensure continuous alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives & testsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced FinTech environment, adapting to changing priorities as neededWhat We Look For2+ years professional experience in performance marketing, product, strategy, or business analyticsExcellent analytical skills and understanding of experiment design, measurement, and analysis (i.e. A/B testing); strong ability to make recommendations supported by data-based rationaleBest-in-class data and analytical skillsSignificant experience with data-related best practices and methodologies; experience with relational data models, SQL, etc.Prior Financial services and/or lead generation experience preferred, but not requiredStrong willingness to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically-driven, and fast-paced environmentAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlinesOutstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problemsWillingness to dive deep into the data to understand what is driving end to end campaign performanceWhy Join Us?While you make a difference for others, we’ll work to make a difference for you, providing an uplifting, collaborative work environment and benefits that reflect your value to us.
