The right candidate will have previous dealership service experience, excellent communication, customer service, sales, and multi-tasking skills. Service Advisor Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer phones promptly

Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle concerns

Obtain customer and vehicle information

Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle

Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

Establish follow-up time

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Other responsibilities as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess These Qualities:

Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

CDK experience is preferred

Ford experience is a PLUS

Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual

Computer proficient

Organized with superior time and priority management skills

Customer service and sales focused
