Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Sr Product Manager is an integral support position in Brand Marketing. This position focuses on supporting the Java Monster Brand Team in the collaborative development of ongoing marketing support for the brand. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to confidently manage projects from start to finish autonomously.

Essential Job Functions

The position assists in developing long and short-term strategies, marketing plans, new products, packaging, and advertising.Assist with the development and implementation of the marketing objectives and strategies for Java Monster that drive consumer engagement and loyalty.Act as liaison with cross functional team members to ensure business initiatives receive necessary focus (Sales Ops, Customer & Field Marketing, New Product Development, Sports Marketing, etc.).Event Management: Manages event execution, ensures event promoters are properly set up in MEC system and all event related vendors are paid in a timely manner, ambassadors are selected/booked, MAT teams solidified, Events Team has assets, Partnership Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Field Marketing, Street Teams and MEC sales are all provided with appropriate assets.Point-of-Sale Management: Manages this realm by working with Sales Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Vendors and Art Department to develop Point-of-Sale materials to support new product launches as well as the ongoing P-O-S offering.Participation in negotiating, contracting, and managing brand partnerships.Promotional Item and Gear Management: Manages this realm by working with MEC Licensing to select appropriate soft and hard goods to support brand efforts.Consumer Promotion Management: Manages Consumer Promotion creation, management and execution collaboratively working with the Art Department, Legal, Sales, and outside vendors on the creation & fulfillment of consumer promotions as assigned.Assists with Creative Resource Management: helps ensure that all relevant platforms have access to appropriate imagery. Ensures online brand assets are up to date and accurate. Oversees Brand presence on online retail outlets & ensure proper product line representation.Assists with product photoshoots as needed to support Brand, Sales, Graphics and Digital teams.Assists with development of Grassroots Programming, including but not limited to influencers, team, events, training facilities.Trade Advertising/Editorial- work with Monster’s PR agency to develop press releases and work with trade publications on editorial coverage for new product launches. Also, manage the submission process for new product awards and inclusion in publication guides.Working knowledge of Data, Nielsen, Commercial and Strategy planning process also required.Ability to assist with Creative Briefing process for a variety of projects including digital/social asset creation and other Briefs as needed.Other duties as assigned.Position Requirements

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in marketing with a beverage, CPG or lifestyle marketing brand. Brand Marketing experience preferred.Track record of working with the same firm for 2+ years is strongly preferred.Ability to travel 25% of the time.Knowledgeable about lifestyle marketing in following genres: Coffee Culture, Creators/Brand Ambassadors, and Comedy preferred.Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Outlook, the Internet, and social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Must have a strong sense of urgency.Must be detail oriented.Must be a collaborative team player.Salary Range

USD 78,600.00 to USD 92,400.00
