The Vice President of Operations provides global leadership of all manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions globally. This position reports to the CEO and is a member of the executive committee. The role will provide the manufacturing strategy across all operations while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. Optimized performance and efficiencies will align with, and support, the high growth and financial performance objectives of MVE.The Vice President, of Operations is responsible for planning, leading, managing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the Company’s global manufacturing operations including manufacturing, procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory control, supply chain management, logistics, customs/ brokerage, and customer/technical services. This high visibility role will ensure the highest level of customer focus, a goal of zero defects, and a mission of exceeding customer expectations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides strategic and tactical direction to all Operations functions to accomplish company goals.Develops and executes the manufacturing vision and roadmap to achieve best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.Creates an operational excellence culture across all functions with a focus on continuous improvement.Develops, evolves, and executes against a robust set of KPIs (key performance indicators) that measure and trend improvements.Develops and executes an integrated planning methodology to optimize supply chain and manufacturing.Leads, reviews, controls, and reports on the financial impact of all supply chain and manufacturing departments.Defines and leverages strategic sourcing and materials to enhance operations.Develops and implements capital expenditure, cost reduction, and manpower programs that create competitive advantage.Develops and oversees production expansion as required to meet company objectives.Drives improvements in health, safety, and environment – acts as chief safety steward to lead a sustainable safety culture.Competencies:

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing operations leadership position. Multi-site and international experience.Demonstrated experience in medical devices (preferred) or other regulated manufacturing environments.Strong background in Lean / Six Sigma / operational excellence principles and execution organization.Experience in strategic planning and building organizational competencies.Technically proficient in all areas of manufacturing management and quality systems.Establishing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators for the company to ensure monitoring of quality and regulatory compliance.Problem solver.Team player with the ability and willingness to embrace MVE’s team culture.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience or familiarity in writing company policies and procedures and associated documentation.Organization and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.Passion and alignment with our Mission, Vision, Values, and Operating Principles.Passion for working in a values-based company in alignment with a learning organization.Demonstrates a passion for and a responsibility to our customers.Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing.MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.Qualifications Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience leading manufacturing operations, preferably in medical devices.Record of constant accomplishment of manufacturing operations.Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment.Experienced in quality systems, audits, and regulatory environments.Knowledge of various quality systems and regulatory standards that apply to ISO and GMP compliance.A leader with the ability to lead, coach, and grow the competencies of the operations organization.Please forward resumes to
