The Tech Catalyst Program provides comprehensive training to develop critical skills needed for the role and to participate in the software development lifecycle, supporting the company’s critical data assets.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Develop data assets utilizing tools such as Informatica, B2B, PL/SQL, HadoopAnalyze large datasets using data mining and Business Intelligence toolsSolve core business and technical questions through data analysisEngage in guided work under more senior team membersThis role comes with the following benefits:

Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherMajors in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or BusinessExperience with Data Analysis and Data EngineeringProgramming experience in group settingsKnowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as R or PythonEffective communication skillsUnderstanding of current and emerging IT products, services, and methodologiesYou would benefit from having:
