Both Crew Leader and Front-line Landscaper positions are available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and fertilizing plants. Crew Leaders will oversee small teams of staff performing the below responsibilities but should be prepared to work alongside crews as needed.Responsibilities:* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.* Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure a neat appearance.* Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs, and mulching as needed.* Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain the health and appearance of landscapes.* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.* Assist in landscape construction projects as needed.* Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Qualifications:* Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems.* Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.* Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply for our Landscape Maintenance positions.
