About Plum Dental Group (“Plum” or the “Company”)

Plum is a dynamic, high growth Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with 25+ locations in RI and eastern CT supporting over 350 total employees. The Company's affiliated dental practices provide comprehensive general, specialty and cosmetic dental care to over 80,000 patients annually. As a DPO, we are responsible for managing all administrative support functions of the dental practices including marketing, facilities, HR, insurance, accounting, billing, etc. so that dentists can focus on treating patients and not have to worry about the nuts and bolts of running or maintaining a practice.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a small, young team of entrepreneurial-minded people that are trying to think differently about providing dental care to patients and about creating a long-term home for good dentists that align with our values. The Company is seven years old and is growing rapidly, providing significant opportunity for advancement for hard workers that work well as part of our team. You will receive significant responsibility and mentorship reporting to the Director of Facilities while collaborating extensively with the rest of the operations team. This is a great way to learn about how a well-run facilities infrastructure is critical in supporting a high growth, multi-site services business.
