This position will work directly with supply chain and operational leaders to understand their needs and provide ongoing analytical and reporting solutions. This role is part of the Supply Chain and works closely with the Information Technology group.What You'll Do:Manage a team of analysts to provide ongoing analytical and reporting support to the business focused in the Supply Chain & Operations area.Research, develop, and propose analytical and/or reporting solutions to meet business needs.Work with key stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics needs and then scope and manage projects that will help them to achieve their strategic objectives.Work with key stakeholders to update our long-term digital roadmap for data analytics.Research best practices in data mining and analytics and serve as a thought leader in this space.Facilitate knowledge sharing through Analytics super user group.Develop and oversee training program for reporting and analytics tools.Participate and lead data analytics projects.Ensure that projects are on time and budget and meet the expected objectives.Coach and develop staff.What We Seek:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or Engineering.7+ years in an IT, Analytical, or Supply Chain role.7+ years in a manufacturing industry.At least 3+ years in a people manager role.Strong project management skills.Strong analytical background and aptitude.Experience with ERP applications, SAP strongly preferred.Experience with various analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI.Self-driven, results-oriented, able to work independently.Must be adaptable and flexible.Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with all levels of employees and work cross-functionally across the organization.Able to multi-task and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Strong oral and written communication skills.Able to develop and deliver training.Ability to understand and define business requirements.Ability to travel up to 25%.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
