Position: Office ManagerLocation: RestonType: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:● Oversee daily office operations, including the maintenance of office facilities, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-functioning.● Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.● Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.● Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Ensure effective communication across departments.● Promote a positive and collaborative office culture.● Oversee the maintenance of office technology, including computers, printers, and network systems. Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation.● Address and resolve any office-related issues or challenges promptly and effectively. Provide solutions to improve office processes and efficiency.Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.● 1-2 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.● Proven experience in managing office operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.● Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
