POSITION: Director of Food and Nutrition (Hospital)

LOCATION: Louisville, KY

SALARY: $80,000 FT/Perm

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Service Director/GM who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division in a busy clinical setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Multi-outlet experience is a must overseeing Patient/Resident Food Service, Café, Retail, Coffee Shop, and Grab and Go services.

The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility for food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; oversees the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.

Requirements:

3+ years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)

3+ years in Hospital Food Service Management role

Impeccable Communication Skills

Restaurant Management knowledge

Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas

Culinary or Hospitality Degree a strong plus
