CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Military Training Analyst to support the 428th Field Artillery Brigade, Ft Sill, OK. The analyst will support resident training and instruction to students attending Field Artillery Warrant Office Basic Course and Warrant Office Advance Course (FA WAWOBC/WOAC). The analyst will conduct academic instruction, provide input for updates/training to the program of Instruction (POI) and maintain and update lesson plans in support of FA WAWOBC/WOAC courses.

Tasks include:

Provide full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment.

Participate as a SME in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSP) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction.

Maintain certification and conduct updated certifications on a quarterly basis and throughout the term of employment

Establish and maintain a training program.

Assist with proctoring Project Athena Assessments

Evaluate students on their assigned subject matter under field, simulated, and classroom conditions.

Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of the students’ ability, and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status.

Required Skills

U.S Citizen

Must hold an active Secret clearance

Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office products

Preferred Skills

Proficient in MS Teams and SharePoint programs

Proficiency in DoD tasking systems

Required Experience

Five to Eight years of Field Artillery experience to teach FA WAWOBC/WOAC courses

Served in FAWOBC/WOAC Brigade/Regimental/Division Targeting Officer/NCO, Battalion/Regimental/Division Counterfire Officer/NCO, Target Acquisition Platoon Leader.

Current certification or previously certified within the past 12 months on Target Mensuration Only (TMO), Collateral Damage Estimate (CDE), and Weaponeering. or candidate must be able to pass TMO, CDE, and Weaponeering.

Possess the Master Resiliency Training (MRT) after certification.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education with a minimum of five years of FAC experience or

Associate degree with a minimum of eight years of FA experience

ATRRS Graduate from MOS producing course

Preferred Education:

Master’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Qualifications:

U.S Citizen

Must hold an active Secret clearance

**General Qualifications:**

CLDP Members must be willing to work hard, listen and respect others' viewpoints, embrace diversity, be committed to equity, and inclusive of differing backgrounds.* **Environmental Stewardship** _: Members_ must have a genuine enjoyment and desire for caring for the land while living and working outdoors in a variety of conditions* **Fitness:** __ SCC projects are physically demanding! 8 to 10-hour long workdays consist of hiking, backpacking, heavy lifting, and repetitive motions using tools. Projects often take place at elevation – above 8,500’ – and in variable weather conditions.

* **Conservation:** Experience or a desire to learn the technical skills needed to effectively maintain public lands* **Corps Member Development:** Experience or strong desire to learn and participate as an outdoor educator and mentor* **Driving:** CLDP Members are responsible for driving 8-12-passenger vehicles while pulling a trailer. In order to drive, members must be 21, have a clean driving record (insurable) and a current driver's license* **Education:** At a minimum, CLDP members must be high school graduates, GED recipients, working toward attaining a high school diploma or GED during their term of service.* **Citizenship:** Member's must provide primary documentation of status as a U.S. citizen or National, OR primary documentation of status as a lawful permanent resident of the United States

**Participant Essential Eligibility Requirements**

Essential eligibility requirements for the program must be met. If you are unable to meet certain requirements, we may be able to assist you with some modification unless it alters the fundamental nature of the program, compromises the health and safety of participants or staff, or places an undue financial or administrative burden on the organization. These requirements are written the same for all positions and may not apply to your particular position.

**Essential Functions:**

* Required to walk, hike, sit, talk, and listen* Required to use hands to operate objects and tools, and to reach with hands and arms

* Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds* Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and the ability to focus* Must be 21* Speak, understand, read, and write English* Enforce all SCC policies. SCC is a substance free work environment. All must refrain from the use of tobacco products, vaping, alcohol, and drugs while in the program

**Other Considerations:**

* Having a vehicle or access to a vehicle is important for this position to transport yourself between your living situation & our work base; The Old Fort Lewis in Hesperus, CO. Not having a vehicle is possible but will require coordination on your end.* Ability to live, work and camp in rural Colorado. Weather can be extreme and variable throughout the spring and summer season
