Overview of Position:Heiser Toyota has an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants work with our Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. They are responsible for inspecting, preparing, and presenting vehicles to customers; arranging test drives, providing advice and answering sales-related questions, and working with customers and the Sales Team to make successful sales.

ResponsibilitiesSell new and pre-owned vehicles and servicesAttend all virtual and in-person trainingHave a working knowledge of all vehicles offered for saleMaintain at least zone average CSIInspect, prepare, and present vehicles to customersArrange test drives when neededProvide advice on purchasing vehiclesAnswer and address any sales-related questions or concernsWork with customers and Sales Team to complete successful purchasesPrepare and complete all necessary purchase documents

RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentPrevious Sales experience

preferredPrevious Automotive Knowledge

preferredValid and clean WI Driver's LicenseProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work some evenings and SaturdaysExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to function as part of a team and work independentlyWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
