Customer Success Manager at Viz
in RemoteYou will:Serve as the primary contact and a trusted partner for our customers.Monitor and optimize the customer's experience to exceed expectations and deliver meaningful results.Establish plans to monitor customer engagement data, share these data with the customer, and implement solutions to drive engagement to ensure our product's stickiness.Improve Viz.ai's visibility with the customer and throughout the stroke community.Proactively monitor, document, and address potential risks.Drive contract renewals and highlight new products of interest for customers, partnering with the sales team to expand the business.Create a strong customer success culture at Viz.ai, where the voice of the customer is heard.Feed customer insights back to the product and sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction and increase revenue per account.You will love this job if:You thrive on building meaningful customer relationships at all levels of the organization.You want to be part of a passionate and mission-driven team.You succeed at cross-functional collaboration.You have strong verbal and written communication skills.You are detail-oriented and get things done.You are a creative problem-solver.You create structure where ambiguity exists as part of a fast-growing organization.Requirements:Must have healthcare experience in a Customer Success, Sales or Marketing role OR clinical experience.Minimum 8 years in account management or related experience.Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems.Outstanding track record of working with customers.Experience in the clinical setting as a part of a stroke or radiology program preferred.Expertise in stroke workflow and/or process improvement preferred.Experience in the neurovascular, vascular or cardiology space preferred.Willingness to travel (40-50%).Salary Range:
$80K -- $100KMinimum Qualification:
Account ManagementEstimated Salary:
$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
