Full-timePurposeWorks alongside the Worship Pastor and Production Director to provide support, expertise, and skilled work to the worship and production ministries at all campuses. Assists in worship leadership and worship band development to enhance the worship experience at all campuses. Will function successfully in a team environment and in collaboration and cooperation with the Campus Pastor, Worship Pastor, and campus volunteer teams enabling the church to fulfill its mission.Overall Staff Expectations:Be a regular part of the community of All Shores, invested spiritually, relationally, emotionally, physically, and financially.Help fulfill the stated mission, vision, and core values of All Shores and the staff.Participate in staff and leadership meetings, staff chapels, and strategic planning sessions.Maintain regularly scheduled hours as agreed upon with the Worship Pastor.Perform other duties as requested by the Lead Pastor or Executive Pastor.Key Attributes:Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.Serve as an “equipper” and coach to others, demonstrating strong leadership gifts.Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in worship and/or production.Passion for working hard with a commitment to excellence.Regular rhythms and goals to stay healthy in personal life.Heart for personal spiritual growth and evangelism.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with composure and professionalism.Gifts and Traits expected for this role:Organized, creative, and innovative in ministry approach.Relational, outgoing, and capable of building trust with others.Willingness to learn new things and further develop skills.Desire to take initiative and follow through on commitments.Ability to shepherd people and build meaningful relationships through care and discipleship.Problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions.Gifted in creating a worship experience through music.Exhibit a deep, personal walk with the Lord that flows into worship services.Ability to provide input to service order and flow.Proficient musical skills and leadership, with proficiency in multiple instruments preferred.Capability to develop musicians desiring to grow in proficiency.Proficiency in Planning Center Online (PCO) and Multitracks Playback preferred.Intermediate skill in production elements, including live audio/visual, web maintenance, and video production.Proficiency in Logic Pro X or similar DAW preferred.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Responsibilities:VOLUNTEER PERSONNELLead and coach campus worship volunteers, building meaningful relationships and encouraging skill growth.Execute worship and production volunteer recruitment, oversee auditions, and develop onboarding plans.Drive volunteer development to ensure growth in skill and excellence through training sessions.WEEKEND SERVICESCommunicate weekly service elements across campuses to equip participants.Function as Service Director, providing musical, technical, and administrative leadership.Serve on the Sunday team in worship or production roles 3x per month.WORSHIPPromote and support All Shores’ worship theology through relationships and service execution.Manage worship supplies for all campuses.Support planning worship service elements.PRODUCTIONOversee and develop production projects as needed.Oversee weekly stage setup for worship services and sermon series stage design.Drive All Shores Music production under the Worship Pastor.Capture stories that fit the vision and mission of All Shores through various media.Assist with videography and photography as needed.ADMINISTRATIVE AND DIRECTORIAL DUTIESOversee worship and production for weddings, funerals, and special events.Ensure worship licenses and software are up to date.Other tasks as assigned by the Worship Pastor, Executive Pastor, or Lead Pastor.All Shores is a multi-site Church that believes that God calls us to radically love and grow together in Christ and we strive every week to point our folks in that direction. We also believe that life is messy, but we are all in it together because life is better together!
