We are looking for a

Product Manager – eCommerce Platform

to shape homebuilding industry’s future of online shopping, enabling seamless interactions and transactions among home buyers, builders, material distributors, and manufacturers. This critical role will directly impact the digital transformation of traditional practices, making complex processes simpler and more efficient, and setting new standards for the industry.

You'll lead the way, using your curiosity to dive deep into the homebuilding world and your determination to tackle tough challenges that haven't been digitized yet. You will be an effective communicator of objectives and priorities in a persuasive manner that builds support, consensus, and commitment across cross-functional teams to execute the product strategy. In our startup environment, where agility meets innovation, you will be comfortable with ambiguity and will be ready to roll up sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet highest standards of quality.

What You Will Do:You will build product vision and roadmaps to guide the development of online shopping experiences by analyzing customer needs and market trends in the industry.You will define goals, metrics, and analytics to assess product value, refining the product backlog based on continuous learning.You will oversee feature development for a group of products that support our eCommerce business, including overseeing the development process, including requirements documentation, UX design, testing, and product delivery.You will develop end-to-end workflows for various business processes, including Order capture, Order fulfillment, Payments, Catalog management, Customer support, etc.You will lead feature development from ideation through pilot phases to full-scale launches, emphasizing scalability and user adoption.You will leverage data analysis to address complex challenges, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve customer issues effectively.You will write user stories for prioritized initiatives, refine with engineering, ensure solutions are validated with consumers, and analyze test results to determine next steps and iteration.You will assume ownership by taking responsibility and accountability. Proactively identify and address inefficiencies and challenges, crafting elegant solutions to prevent potential issues.You will foster a collaborative environment by actively supporting your team, contributing to team discussions, and sharing knowledge.

What You Need to Succeed:You will have 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, eCommerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.You have experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).You have the technical fluency for participating in technology and architecture discussions. While not expected to code or develop software directly, you should have familiarity with technical terminology, such as APIs, webhooks, integrations, etc.You have proficiency in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design, and development team.You are a team player ready to provide support to the rest of the team as needed.You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equal amount of related professional experience.Preferably, you have experience building CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems and/or online marketplaces that enhance user experience and transaction efficiency across diverse product lines and customer segments.Preferably, you have experience with one or more Enterprise Digital Commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, etc.It would be helpful if you have experience in the areas of eCommerce customer experience and user journeys around Homepage, Search, PLP, PDP, Checkouts, Quotes, Customer Support, Order Fulfillment, etc.Highly preferred if you have Agile Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe, etc.You are comfortable with documentation, collaboration, and productivity tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, Figma, Visio, etc.You like data and preferably have experience using the analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
