for our client, a SaaS technology company, in Miami, FL.
Role SummaryAs a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary focus will involve spearheading business expansion through the creation of fresh leads and prospects. Your main duty encompasses initiating purposeful conversations via targeted cold calls with potential clients, aiming to comprehend their requirements and challenges. Your objective is to assess leads effectively and arrange meetings for our Account Executives to showcase product demonstrations and finalize agreements, contributing to our business growth.
Scope of DutiesInitiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential clients.Identify key decision-makers within target industries.Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS software solutions.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with Sr Account Executives.Maintain accurate records and update lead information in a CRM system (HubSpot).
What You OfferBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.Prior telephone sales experience – strong cold-calling skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Familiarity with SaaS software and technology solutions is an asset.
