Ski Valet ManagerOur Guest Services Team is looking for a Ski Valet Manager to provide service excellence to our guests through the winter season. Lead, motivate and develop the Ski Valet team to maintain our reputation as the ski-in, ski-out resort of choice in Whistler - giving all of our guests a luxury winter sports experience.Salary Range:
$60,000 - $62,000 per annum dependent on experienceThis is a seasonal position throughout our winter season, starting in November and ending in May.Job Duties Include:Lead and drive forward our Ski Valet department, providing the highest quality Ski Valet experience to all guests.Monitor and assist in achieving departmental productivity objectives through accurate scheduling and daily labour reviewing, as well as payroll.Handle and resolve customer requests & complaints, ensuring service excellence for all guests.Assist in the training and continual development of Ski Valet team members.Participate in leadership team meetings as well as coordinate ski valet monthly meetings.Qualifications
