VideosMUST HAVE:Large scale initiatives, some technical experience, experience with collaboration across multiple teams, comfortable with aggressive timelines, experience with APIs, release management, and web developmentMust have experience with Daily sprint ceremonies, directing the work for the team members, Story creation, sprint planning, project roadmap, liaison between business and technical team, point of contact for the team.Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field or minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or developmentExperience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.Required Experience & Skills:Acted as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standardsCreated detailed documentation of functional, system (non-functional), user and reporting requirements that may include but is not limited to: Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow DiagramsPerformed research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durabilityPerformed profiling and analysis of data from source systemsEnsured that solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validatedProvided support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout the development life cycleAssisted with the creation of value proposition (ROI) for proposed projectsHelped the team to define and control scope for development initiatives and release scheduleWorked jointly with other IT Managers to create detailed work plans for software development and enhancement projectsResponsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plan as appropriate for the software solution being developedBuilt and maintained relationships with software application vendors and implementation partnersInstructed, directed, guided and checked the work of Business Analysts
