$$$ 42k salary plus commission PLUS BONUS POTENTIAL $$$ MobilityWorks is a leading provider of wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment for individuals with mobility challenges. We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative at MobilityWorks, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the freedom and independence they deserve.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including individuals with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals.Actively promote and sell our range of wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment.Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle or equipment to meet their specific needs.Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or healthcare industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.Knowledge of adaptive equipment and mobility solutions is a plus.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.If you are passionate about helping others, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you!
