Lead all change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and other major transformationsApply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by the respective projects and change effortsDevelop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training plan and change readiness planIdentify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate and/or address the concernsConduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommended interventionsIdentify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation plansCreate and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of program level changesCreate and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project or program planDevelop key relationships with project sponsors, team members and change champions to successfully manage change effortsAlign OCM activities to support and help realize key project or program-level business benefits.Qualifications

5-7 years change management experience with SAP systems.S/4HANA and/or ECC 6.0 experience is a plusExperience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies;Familiarity with program/project management methods, tools and phases of the project lifecycleDemonstrated ability to sell change management servicesExceptional communication skills – both written and verbalAbility to work effectively at all levels in an organizationProblem solving and root cause identification skillsStrong analytic and decision making abilitiesAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalExperience with large-scale organizational change effortAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlinesBachelor degree in business, communication, technology or equivalent degree.Additional Information
