To apply, click “Apply to Job” online on this web page.Required Skills:Lead Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features.Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company.Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization.Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.Perform risk management and change management on projects.Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges.Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions.Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.Minimum Qualifications:Requires 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving technical leadership/program management. Requires 60 months of experience involving the following:Managing the review of projects including oversight of all identification and mitigation of privacy risk for software product builds.Defining privacy requirements for shippable software.Documenting privacy program procedures related to the identification of privacy risk in production of software.Defining architectural processes including versioning best practices related to privacy review.Experience with organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements on program management.Public Compensation:$169,002/year to $217,690/year + bonus + equity + benefitsMeta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
