We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Appliance Repair Service Manager. This hybrid role requires expertise in high-end brands, particularly Wolf and Sub Zero, with the responsibility of mentoring, training, and advancing the careers of our technician team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair with a focus on luxury appliance services. This leadership position combines hands-on technical work with managerial duties, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our service team.ResponsibilitiesProvide differentiated service experiences to customers in their homes or places of business.Determine service problems, explain necessary repairs, and offer estimates.Achieve performance incentives by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.Diagnose and repair major appliances, including today's connected technology goods.Complete all necessary technician competency training and remain an industry expert.Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.Use handheld devices for paperless work order updates.QualificationsStrong enthusiasm for customer service and a positive attitude.Knowledge of customer service principles and dedication to quality.A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds.Job Type:
