What You’ll Do:

Run the Kitchen:

Keep the kitchen clean, ensure food safety, and maintain equipment.

Cook up Yumminess:

Prepare meals, snacks, and desserts while accommodating special dietary requirements.

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.

Make Residents Happy:

Engage with residents and their families to enhance their dining experience.

What You Bring:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred; current ServeSafe certification.

Culinary Expertise:

Previous experience in a culinary role, including menu planning and food preparation.

Dietary Knowledge:

Understanding of various dietary requirements and the ability to adapt menus.

Resident Centric Attitude:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Working Conditions:

The Dining Service Director primarily operates within a senior living community, focusing on providing exceptional dining experiences to residents.

Physical Demands:
