The Project Development Director plays a direct role in projects from inception to completion, transforming client ideas into actionable plans, nurturing and expanding client connections, and actively contributing to the company’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare information and present to customers including proposals, materials samples, literature, drawings, etc.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Assist with ongoing marketing efforts and initiatives.
Preferred Education & Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in architecture, drafting, business, engineering, or construction-related programming.
Demonstrated business development experience.
Demonstrated experience in the construction-related industry.
Experience in construction drawing/drafting software.
