Full-timeSummary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee aspects of event logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and event coordination. This position will require an understanding of venue and warehouse operations and policies. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless event execution and efficient inventory management.Location:This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.Responsibilities:Warehouse:
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing assets year-round.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, accurate record keeping of materials.Equipment Supervision: Ensure equipment is maintained and operational.Movement: Oversee movement requests from internal departments. Supervise moving and temporary warehouse labor.Safety Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.Process Optimization: Continue to improve and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Event Operations:
Coordinate logistical aspects of events from planning to execution.Coordinate load in site schedule and load out site schedules.Manage inclement weather policies and procedures for event operations.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.Prepare reports on event activities, expenses, and outcomes.Other duties as assigned.
