You will work closely with customers to determine their trade-in value and educate them on the benefits of trading up. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.Responsibilities:Evaluate customers' trade-in vehicles and determine their valueAssist customers in selecting a new vehicle that meets their needs and budgetExplain the benefits of trading up to customers, including saving money on maintenance and depreciationNegotiate with customers to achieve the best possible trade-in valueCoordinate with the sales team to facilitate the trade-in processRequirements:Previous experience in automotive sales or a related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the automotive industry and current market trendsAbility to work independently and provide excellent customer serviceAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
