You will develop a deep understanding of financial and operational data and processes across Rebate Ops, Fin Ops, and FP&A areas of PBM Finance.As a Business Analyst within the PS Finance organization, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into actionable insights and project requirements, working closely with business SMEs, and technical and analytical teams to drive effective project delivery. This position is instrumental in ensuring that project requirements are well-defined and technical specifications are accurately documented before the Analytics and Automation team members commence their work.To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solid relationship building skills, and ability to facilitate seamless communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a unified approach towards project delivery. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and mission-focused, and will bring passion, energy, and excitement to the team and organization.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. You’ll be tasked with researching and documenting complex processes and connecting the dots between business and technical worlds to enable analytics and automation development at scale.Documentation:

Create detailed and precise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process/data flows, and user stories. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure consistent and clear documentation for production-ready solutions; drive business adoption for rolled out applications; track projects benefits.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with IT, PMs, and Automation/Analytics team members to define requirements and ensure a seamless integration of processes with business workflows. Engage proactively with SMEs, Process Engineers, team members, and IT partners to align business objectives with proposed solutions. Play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.Data Validation:

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements. Work closely with the Analytics and Automation teams to address any discrepancies and refine solutions as needed.Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends relevant to business analysis. Actively contribute ideas and insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.Required Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field.2+ years of experience partnering with technical data and analytics teams to drive product delivery.2+ years of direct project management experience, successfully managing projects that impact multiple teams, departments, and/or functions.1+ years of experience analyzing claims data and/or other large datasets.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services.Prior experience working in agile environment with tools such as JIRA and/or Rally.Must be experienced in communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma.Knowledge of cloud environments (GCP and Azure).Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.Master’s degree preferred.Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
